The Challenge
FlowForce's existing dashboard had been built incrementally by three different contractors over four years. User feedback consistently cited it as confusing, slow to navigate, and impossible to train new team members on. Churn surveys identified UX as a top-three reason for cancellation.
Our Solution
We ran a 2-week discovery phase including 12 user interviews, competitive analysis, and a heuristic evaluation of the existing product. We then designed a new information architecture, component library in Figma, and a complete set of screen flows covering 40+ user journeys. Every component was built with variants and documentation for developer handoff.
The Results
After the redesigned dashboard shipped, time-to-complete-a-task dropped by 41% in usability testing. New user onboarding time (first meaningful action) dropped from 23 minutes to 6 minutes. NPS increased from 18 to 47 in the first quarter post-launch.
