Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 May 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TecVerse website at tecverse.tech and any services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

TecVerse provides digital services including web development, AI automation, cloud engineering, UI/UX design, digital marketing, consulting, and business setup. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, TecVerse assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables created specifically for that client, excluding pre-existing tools, frameworks, and open-source components. TecVerse retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback within agreed review windows, and access to necessary systems and resources. Delays caused by late client input may affect timelines without constituting a breach by TecVerse.

4. Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual engagement proposals. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences. Overdue invoices may incur interest at 2% per month. TecVerse reserves the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TecVerse's total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client for that engagement in the preceding 12 months. TecVerse is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Warranties

TecVerse warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that deliverables will be free of all defects, but we will remedy material defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no additional charge.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received during an engagement and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for 3 years.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for work completed to date. TecVerse will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
